Generic medications are priced openly: sumatriptan nasal, rizatriptan, naratriptan, topiramate, propranolol and ondansetron at $45 per 3 months, and eletriptan and zolmitriptan at $75 per 3 months, with $3 shipping (free on 90-day shipments). Branded gepants and CGRP antibodies (Nurtec, Ubrelvy, Qulipta, Aimovig, Emgality) are handled via insurance only.
