Lofta sells a $139 home sleep apnea test that uses the disposable WatchPAT One, or alternatively a SleepImage ring. The price includes a short telemedicine visit with an independent medical practice, a sleep physician's interpretation, and an immediate CPAP prescription if the test is positive. It also sells a $35 online CPAP prescription renewal, ResMed machines (AirSense 11 at about $1,004; AirMini around $919), masks and supplies, and 'LoftaCare' bundles with coaching and device protection. It does not work with insurance and is not a Medicare/Medicaid supplier. Its Trustpilot profile is 2.6/5 on 33 reviews, with 61% 1-star, citing lost or misdelivered shipments, refund and return disputes, warranty support and unclear diagnoses.
