Members pay an annual fee (set per physician, commonly about $1,800 to $3,300 per year, payable quarterly or annually) that covers an advanced wellness program with expanded labs, EKG, vision/hearing and body-composition screening; routine and sick care is still billed to insurance, including Medicare. Care is primarily in-person with secure messaging through MDVIP Connect, so it is not a telehealth-first service and availability depends on having an affiliated physician nearby. Pricing is not published nationally and must be looked up per practice, and refunds are generally unavailable once the annual wellness testing has been performed.
