In the US it runs a marketplace: patients choose a named dermatologist from the network, upload photos, and get a diagnosis and prescription. Miiskin says it uses board-certified dermatologists only, with no NPs or PAs. New consults cost $59–69 depending on the dermatologist, renewals are $39, and prescriptions go either to any pharmacy (FDA-approved drugs) or to Foothills Pharmacy for custom compounded formulas at $48.99–68.99. It publishes its response time (14.4-hour average in Q2 2026). The network is small (seven featured dermatologists, only two of whom prescribe isotretinoin), and the Trustpilot sample is thin (4.4/5, 32 reviews).
