Push Health, based in El Segundo, California and founded by emergency physician Chirag Shah, works more like a marketplace than a clinic. Independent clinicians use its tools, set their own professional fees, and review requests for ED, birth control, UTI and STI treatment, acne, asthma, blood pressure, HRT and branded GLP-1s. The prescription goes to one of 55,000+ retail pharmacies and the patient pays the pharmacy separately. Push Health does not ship medication or prescribe controlled substances. The fee structure ranges from $0 to a flat fee depending on the service and provider, and it isn't published on public service pages, so the real cost only shows after account creation. Trustpilot is polarized (3.9/5 across ~780 reviews, 37% one-star): fast approvals on one side, unresponsive support and prescription errors on the other.
