Zealthy (getzealthy.com) is one of the broadest D2C telehealth platforms, covering weight loss, erectile dysfunction, hair loss, skincare, mental health, birth control, and primary care. Its most distinctive offering is the "Hardies" line — compounded sublingual quick-dissolve ED tablets combining sildenafil+tadalafil or sildenafil/tadalafil+oxytocin. For weight loss, Zealthy offers both compounded and brand-name GLP-1s, with insurance coordination and prior-auth support for branded options. The platform includes 24/7 provider messaging and same-day appointment availability. However, Zealthy carries significant regulatory baggage: the DOJ and FTC filed a June 2024 complaint against Zealthy, its parent company Gronk Inc., and affiliated entities alleging deceptive subscription practices, difficult cancellation, and unauthorized sharing of health data for advertising. Founder Kyle Robertson previously founded Cerebral, which faced its own FTC settlement. Despite strong Trustpilot reviews (4.7/5), the ongoing federal complaint is a material risk factor.
