BiltRx was founded in July 2022 by CEO Joe Duarte, a former MMA champion, with Dr. Nishant Rao as clinical co-founder. dietdoc.com now redirects to it with a notice that Diet Doc has merged into BiltRx. Headline prices are low (compounded semaglutide $81/mo, tirzepatide $129/mo, testosterone injections $65/mo), but each GLP-1 page says consultation and shipping fees are charged separately, and those fees are not published. Branded GLP-1s are listed at $1,449–1,849/mo, well above the manufacturers' own self-pay channels. Hair-loss pricing (finasteride $149/mo, minoxidil $199/mo) is also high for the category. Onboarding routes through 'speak with a coach' sales calls, the 503A compounding pharmacies are not named, and BiltRx itself has no Trustpilot reviews.
