Operating since 2021 under CEO and co-founder Richie Cartwright, Fella sells an all-inclusive men's GLP-1 program: compounded semaglutide at $299/mo month-to-month, $249/mo on a six-month prepay or $165/mo on a twelve-month prepay ($1,980). Tirzepatide costs about $150/mo more, and Zepbound can be prescribed through LillyDirect with the medication billed separately. Labs and health coaching are included. Fella also sells enclomiphene, oral and injectable TRT, metformin, rapamycin and NAD+. Its six-month money-back guarantee carries conditions: weekly weigh-ins in 21 of the first 26 weeks, less than 5% weight lost, a starting BMI of 30 or more, and a claim filed between days 181 and 210. Trustpilot sentiment is solid (4.5/5 across about 1,375 reviews), but the BBB rates it D- with 13 closed complaints in three years, GLP-1 pricing is only shown after the quiz, and TRT is available in only nine states.
