Weight loss (compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, or branded Ozempic/Zepbound) costs $209–249 per 28-day cycle, microdosing $179, and longevity (NAD+, sermorelin or MIC-B12) $145–199, with 50% off the first cycle. Billing every 28 days means about 13 charges a year. Its pricing page lists testosterone, estradiol HRT and skincare as coming soon, although the service pages already show lower 'starting at' figures ($35 testosterone, $42 microdosing) that do not match the pricing page. It does not name its compounding pharmacy or medical group. Cancellation requires 72 hours' notice, and nothing is refundable once a prescription is sent to the pharmacy. We found no independent review footprint.
