Ozari LLC launched nationally in May 2026 with compounded semaglutide priced from $175/mo month-to-month down to $99/mo on an annual prepay ($1,188), and tirzepatide from $235/mo down to $140/mo annually, all at flat prices across doses. First-time GLP-1 patients get a 3-month starter at $86/mo (semaglutide) or $125/mo (tirzepatide), billed up front. Prescribing runs through Arora Health's physician network and Wasef Health, PC. Dr. Michael Wasef is also one of Yucca Health's listed medical leads, so the two brands share part of their clinical infrastructure. The track record is only months old: 15 Trustpilot reviews, all 4 or 5 stars. Several testimonials on the homepage, dated June 2026, describe five to six months on the program, which is not possible for a May 2026 launch. Cancelling an annual or semi-annual plan early re-prices the months already used at the monthly rate.
