Medical services come from Lion MDs, and the site publishes the NPIs of two lead physicians. Fulfillment is split across six named pharmacies: Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx, The Pharmacy Hub and Foothills. Pricing is flat at every dose. Compounded semaglutide is $219 month-to-month, falling to $150/mo on a 6-month prepay ($900). Tirzepatide is $299, falling to $242/mo ($1,450 per 6 months). NAD+ and sermorelin run $179 monthly, or $117/mo on a $1,400 annual prepay. Disclosures are unusually thorough, but the operating record is thin.
