The main weaknesses are opacity and marketing. No prices are published anywhere on the site, and its own copy says it is "not cheap." Its treatment pages also carry overstated medical claims, such as that testosterone "does not cause prostate cancer" and that properly managed therapy should have "no side effects." Negative reviews cite slow prescription processing and a disputed post-cancellation membership charge.
