Its pharmacies and prescribers are the same as Breeze Meds and Care Bare Rx. Independent reviews report compounded semaglutide at $199/mo as an injection or $299/mo as an oral dissolving tablet, and tirzepatide at $349/mo injected or $399/mo oral. A $100 welcome credit applies at first checkout. It also sells NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and PT-141 from $275, and B12 from $109. The brand's own site says pricing is 'provided after your consultation', and one independent review found the consult fee disclosed inconsistently as $59 or $80. The same review reported that the intake form did not screen for a history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2, which is the boxed-warning contraindication for GLP-1s. The brand has no Trustpilot or BBB history.
