Its per-visit pricing (messaging from $29, video from $49) is among the lowest of any mainstream telehealth primary-care option, and an optional annual membership ($99/year for Prime members, $199/year without) adds access to in-person offices in select cities. Patient reviews describe frequent billing well above the advertised per-visit rates, and the brand's Trustpilot record is weak for its scale. A 2023 FTC settlement over unauthorized sharing of patient data with third-party ad platforms also remains part of its regulatory history.
