Collective launched as a GLP-1-only telehealth service from Gunnar Lovelace, who co-founded Thrive Market. It applies a membership-club model to compounded weight-loss medication: $199 a year for membership, then $59/mo for compounded semaglutide or $69/mo for tirzepatide, and the price does not rise as the dose goes up. All-in, that works out to roughly $76–86 a month, which undercuts nearly every compounded GLP-1 provider we track. Membership includes unlimited physician messaging, quarterly dose check-ins and access to registered dietitians. The site says every batch is third-party tested, but it does not name its dispensing pharmacies, medical group or corporate headquarters.
