Josie is a trade name of One Eleven Nutrition LLC and runs on the CareValidate telehealth platform, with independent prescribers and case review led by Dr. Ana Lisa Carr, MD. Prices are published and do not rise with dose: compounded semaglutide is $249/mo month-to-month or about $194/mo prepaid for 12 months, compounded tirzepatide $349/mo or about $233/mo on the annual plan, microdose plans $189/mo, and HRT creams or patches about $90–$100/mo, billed quarterly. Branded Wegovy ($1,199/mo) and Zepbound ($1,099/mo) are also sold with the consult included. In February 2026 the FDA issued Join Josie a warning letter for misbranding compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, citing "same active ingredient as Wegovy/Zepbound" claims. The site now carries extensive compounding disclaimers. Josie has little track record: Trustpilot shows five reviews, and its founding date and headquarters are not disclosed.
