Niagen Plus is the clinical arm of Niagen Bioscience (NASDAQ: NAGE; formerly ChromaDex, maker of Tru Niagen). The company says 1,200+ clinics give Niagen IV and IM infusions, and it launched a direct-to-patient telehealth program on May 4, 2026. The at-home kit costs $149, which includes a $20 provider consult: a 500 mg vial of patented nicotinamide riboside chloride (NRCl) with bacteriostatic water and syringes, for subcutaneous doses every 3-5 days over about 28 days. NR is an NAD+ precursor, not NAD+, and the company cites shorter infusion times and fewer side effects than NAD+ IV, based on a 2024 preprint and a 2026 retrospective study it sponsored. A 503B outsourcing facility compounds the kit and a 503A pharmacy ships it. The site does not name the telehealth medical group. At the time of research the kit page said 'more stock coming soon', and the kit does not ship to AL, AR, CA or MA. The parent faces a June 2026 consumer class action alleging its Tru Niagen supplement is falsely marketed as 'clinically proven'.
